MatchTrak is a game scheduling, standings and referee management system that was built exclusively for AYSO Sections, Areas and Regions within.

ATTENTION COACHES AND REFEREES
** Failure of a Coach and/or Assistant Coach to produce a valid Coach ID card and/or pre-printed lineup card at team check in, may result in team disqualification.

Matchtrak shows you whether you are Home or Away.
Each Region 111 field has Home and Away sides.
Please be mindful to set-up your team and spectators on the correct side of the field.
The Field Maps (link above) show which side of the field is Home and which side is Away.
A SUN icon means your team has the first game of the day on your field. Both Home and Away teams are responsible for setting up a goal.
Arrive early. For U5/U6/U7/U8 Teams: Goals set up is required by the HOME team
A CLOCK icon means your team has the final game of the day on your field. For U5/U6/U7/U8 teams, both Home and Away teams MUST return the goals to their storage bin (Located on Field 5) for U10 and U12 Teams, both Home and Away MUST return corner flags to their storage room.
For U10 and up, the WINNING team is responsible for entering in the scores into Matchtrak. (Password has been sent in a separate email to each Region 111 Coach.

In the event of a tie, either team may enter the score.
Reminder: Scores are not kept for U5 - U8. The younger divisions are all about positive coaching, having fun, and development.
REFEREE POINTS: For U10 and up
In order to be eligible for post-season tournaments, each team must accrue min (13) volunteer points. Your MatchTrak team page shows how many volunteer points your team has accrued.
Important Reminders
- PETS are NOT allowed at any AYSO match, per AYSO National Policy
- Current season Coach/Assistant Coach photo ID cards are MANDATORY for all matches
- Pre-printed lineup cards are REQUIRED for all matches
- Standard substitution policy (10U-14U - NO 'FREE' Substitution)
- 3/4 play rule in effect
- NO player may play 4 quarters until ALL teammates have played at least 3 quarters (including goalkeeper)
